Every Day In May: Day 4 - Embarrassing.
I think we have all had our share of embarrassing moments. Some moments we can laugh about and some of them make us want to crawl in a hole and stay there forever. Here is a couple of my most embarrassing moments - some I laugh about and some that I'd rather just forget. In no particular order, here is number one:
When I was younger, probably 4 or 5, I was in Sam's Club with my family and I heard a family of Mexican's speaking Spanish. Well, young and naive me thought that they were speaking "cursive" which I then blurted out "Mommy! They're speaking cursive!" I didn't really think anything of it when I was younger, but now it definitely makes me blush.
Number two:
I was at the fair with my now-husband, Josh, and thought it would be a good idea to get on a ride that went front to back and then get on a ride that went side to side immediate after that. Well, as soon as the side to side ride was coming to an end, I PUKED. It got on the people beside me, on my shirt, just absolutely every where. He bought me a new shirt and I kind of just put the rest of it behind me. How likely would it be that I would see the people I puked on again? And if I did, I doubt they would even recognize me. At least I wasn't the only one to do something embarrassing that night. Josh walked STRAIGHT into a mirror after walking into the mirror maze thing. We still talk about both.
